2. We supply an advertising service to the owners of Domain Names. We are not brokers, auctioneers, escrow providers, or suppliers of any service other than advertising and registration.

3. We reserve the right to decline any advertisement or offer to buy. We will inform you if this is the case.

4. For our visitors who do not wish to buy any of the names we advertise we offer an alternative service of registering new Domain Names. The Terms and Conditions will differ in detail.

5. Payment terms; strictly pre-paid by cheque or bank transfer. Credit cards and other methods will follow shortly.

6. Buying a domain name - Duties of buyers; including - offers made are legally binding.

7. Selling your domain name - Duties of sellers; Proof of ownership and ability to make a transfer.

8. Permitted uses of your webspace and POP3 e-mail account - Nothing illegal, no adult material, and NO sending of spam.

9. Transferring your names hosted by us to a new owner.

10. Domain Name disputes: This site merely publishes ads for our customers and we will not become involved in Domain Name disputes. Any complaint regarding names we advertise should be addressed directly to Icann for global names (.com .net etc); or Nominet for UK names.
